Yesterday I gave Forrest his first taste of solid food. It was bananas! Literally and figuratively. Of course it wasn't that solid since I mashed it up. The reason I chose bananas was that I was making banana bread. But regardless of the circumstances, he seemed to really like it. So I see lots more food in his future!

We're getting ready to give Cora solids, too! Banana will definitely be one of her first foods.
